finally got the remaining parts (sights and grips) to finish the M2HB kit I got from Cole's.
Used the semi auto RHSP, sear and trigger from KMP. They did the mill work on the bolt too.
Now I just need to save up some more money to buy my own M3 tripod...

How hard is to get a M2 converted to semi? _________________ why chase the game when the bullet can get em from here?.... |

I bought the parts kit from Cole's and the conversion (parts and mill work required to fit the bolt to those parts) from KMP. Tom from KMP, also provides a CD with machining and assembly diagrams.
If you've got your own mill, then you could do the machining yourself.
To assemble, you'll need some customized bucking bars, a rivet tool, and a rivet set as well. (BlackBear is a popular provider of those)
Altogether is still cost me around 4800 to build mine, then there's the additions accessories you need (like a mount) as well as links and ammo!
M2HB kits are a little scarce right now, so most kits being converted now are from M3 aircraft guns assembled to ground use with a combination of M3 and M2 parts.
CWA makes a very nice M3HB for 6700 if you want ready-made:
