I just shot this one myself, and it made me laugh. Carbines are INTENSE to shoot indoors, and this was no exception. The muzzle flash/blast is awesome! The kick, due to the heavy barrel, was minimal. Lots of fun. This one is special because we made the muzzle brake out of the excess barrel material. Makes for a very tough brake, but makes for a nightmare trying to avoid galling while screwing it on.

Hey, I was laughing WITH it, not AT it. You know, one of those "Holy crap...I can't believe this!!" sort of laughs. The kind you get when you're going down that first drop on a huge roller coaster or when you're banging a super model. Wink In any case, I'm one of those who doesn't believe in barrel break-in.

The heavy barrel carbine is way up there on the CDI factor. (chicks dig it)

I tried to break my BFG in like some folks say...1 shot...clean etc....but when all was said and done it was like a tootsie pop...1,2,3, then I just shot the hell out of it and cleaned it afterward.

So I say bang the hell out of it then clean it...just like the super model. ;} Laughing
