I have a BFG-50 and am thinking of purchasing a silencer for it. What is the barrel threading?

Also, where are you members purchasing your 50 cal cleaning kits. I am not having any luck buying one locally.

Thanks for your help,

Jim

Here's a link for a Dewey rod. You can find it from there.
Item # 234-000-029 $42.95

http://www.brownells.com

OR...

http://www.aaa-ammo.com/bmg.htm

They got it all... including a bore guide.
Good Luck

I don't like suppressors on non-semiautomatic .50 BMG rifles. They make the gun kick too much!! The one in the video is an old Ciener can. Note how it pushes me back quite a bit. That being said, if you want to suffer the threads are 1.00"-14. Smile

Peso
Check with Mark white of sound tech he's making cans that will bring the recoil down to a .20 gauge, with a size of 2''x12''.
Warning though Cans are addictive and will cost you lots of bucks.
