Has anyone had luck obtaining a senior LEO Signature in Hillsborough County, FL? I am working on a Judge, was just wondering if there was anyone else who was good for the signature.

We've sold VERY few NFA firearms locally where the buyer got a signature on his Form 4. Around 5 years ago a fairly senior police officer was able to get one. It's very rare. Do a Google search on "revocable living trust Florida" and you'll find a lot of good info. You can set up a trust yourself for around $10 and there's no annual fee like a corporation has. I need to add that loophole to my "how to buy an NFA firearm" on the web page.

This may be the answer, as the judge appears to have more requirements than the ability to reside over felony trials within the county I live in. I may submit paperwork with his signature and the "trust" as a backup plan.

BATF cashed the check, week ago. What is the average time for processing after they take their money?

Per threads on Ar15.com and silencertalk.com, right now it seems to be about 4-6 weeks after the check gets cashed.

I did a Form 1 back in November and it took 2 months door to door, and I have one in right now cashed on 2-23, so I'm in for about the same wait as you.
