Hi Mark,

I saw some SHOT pix where your booth was featured. How about an update? Did you get lots of action at the show? Anything exciting? Did .MIL order 1,000 rifles?

Also, how about an update on the progress of the BFG-50A?

Cheers,

/TCP

Here's a picture at the booth. From the left: former booth babe Cheryl Prince; sales/accounting guy Al Juhl; Mark Serbu; my girlfriend, Stephani. You can blame her for the BFG-50A delays. Wink

The show was actually very successful and we sold LOTS of guns. I don't know what to attribute that to, but I'll take it! I was expecting a slow show due to the economy and due to the fact that the anointed one hadn't been making any anti-gun noises recently. But I was happily wrong. Met lots of great people and had a good time in Vegas, in spite of the grueling trade show schedule. You know, having to wake up before 9am and all that.

As for the BFG-50A status, we're getting there. We have almost all of the parts needed to start shipping the first guns, but we're waiting on muzzle brakes and a couple of other parts. The vendor was supposed to have the brakes done by Dec. 30 and he's obviously late. Not answering emails or phone calls either. At some point we'll make them ourselves if we need to. Just have to decide when that point is. I love this part of the business. :-\ It's okay, though...there's definitely way more good than bad!

Hot Damn Mark! I'm gonna try telling pretty girls I'm a gun manufacturer and see if it works.
